Bachelor star Ali Oetjen suffered a wardrobe malfunction on Sunday as she had a romantic beach date in Noosa with her partner Mitch Adams.
The former reality TV star, 38, showed off her breast explant surgery scars as she frolicked along the sand and almost lost her tiny bikini top.
Garbed in a blue and white checkered swim suit, the blonde beauty was all smiles as her hunky boyfriend of two-years chased her through the shallows.
Flaunting her very toned abs, Ali's bikini top barely clung to her chest as she sprinted away from her gleeful love.
The skimpy top exposed the underside of her breasts, where a darker line appeared to give away where Ali's implants had been removed in 2019.

'Mine impacted on my back and stomach muscles, and to this day I still have a slouch because of the way I stood to try to hide them.'
She had her G-cup implants replaced with smaller ones on the advice of her surgeon, who said she risked having saggy skin if she went back to her natural size.
